1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DreamPaw AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Additional store terms from Apple or Google may apply to downloads and purchases.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction and be able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google identity secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
3. The Service and AI outputs
DreamPaw AI provides guided tools that use pet references, templates, and optional instructions to create images and short videos. AI outputs are probabilistic: results may vary, may not match every instruction, and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. Review each output before relying on, sharing, or publishing it. A submitted generation cannot be cancelled or automatically retried by the user.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in pet photos, prompts, captions, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service and create the output you requested. You confirm that you have permission to use submitted content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use DreamPaw AI to break the law, harm or exploit a person or animal, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, evade service limits, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, distribute malware, or create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or sexually exploitative material. We may block content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.
6. Pawprints, subscriptions, and purchases
Pawprints are limited, non-transferable in-app credits used for eligible creation features. They are not money, cannot be exchanged outside DreamPaw AI, and have no cash value except where law requires otherwise. Paid products, local prices, subscriptions, introductory offers, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are presented by Apple App Store or Google Play at checkout. Store rules govern payment, cancellation, refunds, and restoration.
7. Generation delivery and failures
Estimated generation times are not guarantees. Network, provider, moderation, or technical conditions can delay or prevent delivery. When a generation fails under the app’s refund rules, the associated pawprints are returned to the account. DreamPaw AI may temporarily disable generation to control safety, capacity, reliability, or cost.
8. DreamPaw AI materials
The Service, brand, software, interface, templates, documentation, and other materials supplied by us or our licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of DreamPaw AI materials.
9. Suspension and account deletion
We may restrict or suspend access for material violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the Service. You may permanently delete your account from the Me screen. Deletion revokes sessions, ends access, removes remaining pawprints and membership access from the account, and prevents the same Apple or Google identity from registering again. Store subscriptions should also be cancelled through the applicable store.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, preservation of every item forever, or that an AI output will be error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DreamPaw AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the affected Service during the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update the Service or these terms. The current terms and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the app. Continuing to use the Service after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
13. Governing terms
Mandatory consumer-protection and privacy law in your place of residence continues to apply. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of DreamPaw AI, without overriding rights that cannot be waived.
